Screenshots & Product Tour
WiseChoiceRT is built for real RT operations: fast shift-leader workflows, RVU-balanced fairness, credential readiness, and leadership visibility. Below is a guided tour showing how departments move from “manual + arguments” to “structured + defensible.”
Build Assignments Quickly — And Explain Them In Seconds
These screens demonstrate the day-to-day workflow: selecting the shift, seeing who is eligible, balancing workload, and making unit trades without breaking coverage.

- Show staff tiles with assigned units
- Include total RVUs per staff member
- Include shift selector (current/upcoming shift start times)
- If possible: show a small fairness indicator or workload badge

- Show a selected staff tile expanded into unit tiles
- Show trade targets or “swap” mode
- Capture the state just before completing a trade (best storytelling moment)
- If you have AI suggestions: show “recommended trade” callout

- Show roster for a chosen shift
- Include role badges (shift leader, staff, student/orientee)
- Include at least one exclusion state (e.g., “O” orientee)
- If available: show unit-clearance/skill tags

- Show RVU target % and RVU max per 8-hour logic (or equivalent)
- Show offsets in effect (e.g., unit/role offsets)
- Include a comparison (balanced vs imbalanced) if you can
- Bonus: show a “why” tooltip or explanation panel
Maintain Readiness, Protect Compliance, And Reduce Turnover Friction
These screens show the management layer: credentials, unit clearance, expirations, and operational consistency across shifts and leaders.

- Show expiring credentials list (30/60/90 days if possible)
- Show unit clearance or competency mapping
- Include filters (unit, date range, role)
- Include one “at-risk” example

- Show Organization Settings section for RVU targets / offsets
- Include at least one offset rule example
- Include shift definitions list if available
- Bonus: show an “effective date” or audit note

- Show at least 2 announcements
- Include timestamps and author/role if possible
- Bonus: show “pin” or priority state

- Show assignment history list/table
- Include a “locked/immutable after X hours” example
- Show who edited and timestamp if available
- Bonus: show diff view (before/after)
Operational Consistency That Supports Retention And Cost Control
Executives care about predictability, reduced burnout, and fewer costly disruptions. These visuals should show high-level signals and outcomes—without needing to interpret the whole workflow.

- Show a summary view (coverage risk, readiness gaps, fairness distribution)
- Include trend or “this shift vs last shift” if possible
- Keep it uncluttered (executive-friendly)
- If you have modules: show “Financial tracking available” badge

- Show a “Charge Master Upload” landing page if you have it
- Include one screen for charges, one for tiers, or differentials (any is fine)
- If not built yet: leave as placeholder for roadmap credibility
- Avoid dense tables in the screenshot—pick the cleanest view
What Images Should You Collect First?
If you only capture a few screens right now, capture these first—they do the most “selling”:
